The evening will begin with a welcome drink and amuse bouche, followed by a thoughtfully curated three course meal designed to showcase bold flavors and exceptional ingredients. Each course will be expertly paired with wine selected and presented by Ryan McLoughlin, Head Sommelier at Sea Island, creating a dining experience that is as refined as it is memorable. Surrounded by great company, incredible food, and beautiful wine, guests will enjoy a special night of community and generosity. For $100 per ticket, you’ll be entered for a chance to win a $5,000 cash prize. As the night unfolds, each ticket will be drawn one by one until only one remains.
