Chef Hernan Stutzer is the Co Owner of Del Sur Artisan Eats. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he moved to Miami after high school and worked his way up in the restaurant industry from dishwasher to General Manager. A graduate of Florida International University and Le Cordon Bleu, Hernan co founded Del Sur in Miami before expanding to St. Simons Island in 2014, where it has become a Golden Isles staple. He and his business partner also own the beloved Luigi food truck.
Hernan and his wife Victoria host the hospitality focused podcast 86 Special, and Del Sur has been featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive Ins and Dives, Saveur Magazine, and Phil’s Finds. A passionate entrepreneur and community supporter, Hernan is excited to serve as a Champion for Children and is bringing his competitive spirit to the campaign. Today, Victoria’s signature cake can be found at local favorites including Uncle Don’s Market and Circle F. She proudly teams up with Hernan in business, on their 86 Special podcast, and now as a Champion for Children, supporting a cause close to their hearts.
