Dustin Rozier is the owner and creative force behind The Grove Company, Saint Simons Island, GA. The Grove is a retail, as well as wholesale plant, pottery, and landscape design business. It’s built from a combination of passion for outdoor design, along with a distinct craftsmanship with Vietnamese pottery.
With a hands-on approach, Dustin works closely with homeowners, businesses, and designers to create spaces that feel layered, natural, and timeless — from statement entryways to poolside planters. His work blends Southern character with elevated design, allowing the focus to center around texture, structure, and intentional plant selection.
What began as a small, off-the-cuff idea has evolved into a design-driven, delivery, installation, and seasonal refresh service across SSI and surrounding counties. The Grove Company continues to expand its collections and courtyard experience, while staying rooted in quality and craftsmanship.
Dustin has been married to his wife Brittany for 21 years. They have three children, Remington, Ellington, and Haddington. In their free time, they enjoy the outdoors at their family farm, in Wayne County, where The Grove Company originally began.
