Jenni Justiz-Quiñones is the Director of Research & Development at King & Prince Seafood. She leads the product development and culinary team in creating innovative seafood solutions for foodservice operators. Prior to joining King & Prince Seafood in 2021, Jenni held various R&D roles at Kraft Foods and SC Johnson, working on Kraft cheese and Glade air fresheners.
Jenni is a strong supporter of Safe Harbor Center through the King & Prince Seafood Be the Difference campaign. She is excited to be a Champion for Children this year.
Jenni lives in St Simons Island with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys baking, volunteering with Girl Scouts, and spending time with her family
